Travel & Logistics

Getting You and Your Bike to France

Transporting your bike is simple, drop it at one of our UK collection points and we’ll take over from there. Your bike and kit are securely transported and delivered directly into the Magny-Cours paddock, ready for you to ride.

Flights aren’t included, so choose the route that suits you best. Once you arrive in France, everything else is already organised to ensure a smooth, stress-free event.

With limited demo slots available, it’s a rare opportunity to experience one of Italy’s finest superbikes in its natural environment, the racetrack.

We also make tyre preparation simple. If you need fresh rubber for your event, we can arrange tyre quotes, supply, and fitting ahead of your arrival. Just let us know your preferred brand and specification when booking, and we’ll ensure everything is ready to go from day one. It’s all part of our commitment to delivering a smooth, hassle-free, and fully tailored European track experience.

Reserve your place with a £400 deposit. Your Magny-Cours adventure is officially locked in.

Complete Your Booking

Send in your carnet details, confirm your kit, and pay the remaining balance five weeks before the event.

Drop Off and Ride

Drop your bike at one of our UK locations. We transport everything safely to France, you simply arrive ready for three incredible days on track.

Can I opt out of the hotel?: Yes. Riders can opt out of the hotel and stay elsewhere while still enjoying full event access and support.
