Single Rider
A private room with breakfast included. Ideal if you prefer your own space to rest and recharge after a day on track.
Shared Rider Room
A twin room shared with another rider. You can request to share with someone you know, or we’ll pair you up with a fellow biker.
Rider + Guest Room
A double room for you and a non-riding partner or friend. Perfect if you want to make Andalucia part of a longer trip away.

Hotel Dei Vicari
Hotel Dei Vicari is a modern, stylish hotel located in Scarperia, just moments from Mugello Circuit. Expect contemporary rooms with air-conditioning, premium bedding, flat-screen TVs, and free Wi-Fi, along with an outdoor pool, bar, and welcoming lounge areas. Getting You and Your Bike to Mugello
We take the stress out of transport. Drop your bike and kit at one of our UK hubs, and we’ll handle everything — secure loading, professional transport, and direct delivery into the Mugello paddock.
Flights aren’t included, so you can choose the route that best suits your schedule. Once you arrive in Italy, the rest is already taken care of, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free event from start to finish.

📋Carnet (Customs Form)
For European track days, a carnet form is required for temporary export of your bike and kit.

- Admin support available if you’d prefer us to handle it (small fee applies)

We also make tyre preparation simple. If you need fresh rubber for your event, we can arrange tyre quotes, supply, and fitting ahead of your arrival. Just let us know your preferred brand and specification when booking, and we’ll ensure everything is ready to go from day one. It’s all part of our commitment to delivering a smooth, hassle-free, and fully tailored European track experience.
