Single Rider
A private room with breakfast included. Ideal if you prefer your own space to rest and recharge after a day on track.
Shared Rider Room
A twin room shared with another rider. You can request to share with someone you know, or we’ll pair you up with a fellow biker.
Rider + Guest Room
A double room for you and a non-riding partner or friend. Perfect if you want to make Andalucia part of a longer trip away.
No Accommodation
Prefer to book your own? Choose this option and sort your stay locally while still joining us for all the track action.
Hotel Dei Vicari – Mugello
A modern, comfortable hotel in Scarperia with air-conditioned rooms, pool, bar, and everything you need to recharge between Mugello sessions.
Hotel Cormoran – Misano
A beachfront hotel in Cattolica with pools, bright spacious rooms, on-site dining, and the perfect atmosphere to unwind after riding Misano.
Travel & Logistics
Getting You and Your Bike to Mugello
Your bike transport is fully handled, drop it off at one of our UK hubs, and we’ll deliver it to Mugello ready for your arrival. After the Mugello event, we manage the internal transfer to Misano, so you don’t have to lift a finger.
Flights aren’t included, giving you the freedom to travel on your own schedule. Once you land in Italy, everything else runs smoothly from start to finish.

For European track days, a carnet form is required for temporary export of your bike and kit.

UK Drop-Off Dates
- Bikes and kit collected from Manchester, Birmingham, Newbury, Dartford, and Scotland.

Do I have to join both events?
No, both Mugello and Misano are listed separately on our events page, where you can book your preferred event separately. However, we’ve managed to align the dates of both events to offer a double-header and package them into one amazing package.
Is transport between circuits included?
Yes. We handle the full Mugello → Misano transfer for yourself aswell as your bikes.
Can I bring a non-rider?
Absolutely. Both hotels offer plenty for partners and supporters.
How close is the accommodation to the circuit?
Hotel Dei Vicari is perfectly located just minutes from Mugello Circuit, making your daily commute quick and easy. Hotel Cormoran is only a short drive from Misano Circuit, making each morning simple and stress-free.
